Yes, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange claims.

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are allowed only if you received a damaged or incorrect product, and only if an unboxing video is provided.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for a fixed return shipping fee of Rs. 100.

How are refunds processed and how long does it take?

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds to Easypaisa or JazzCash are faster and typically take 3–5 working days.
